Good  Beard  Day Apparel was created by me (Ahmir Young)  in September of 2016. I have had a beard since I was 19 years old. And over the years , beard have become more and more popular. One day I logged on to IG and posted a selfie after just shaping up my beard. And jokingly put up the hashtag #GoodBeardDay. A few people noticed it and made note of it. Once I saw that, I searched the hashtag, and saw others had begun using it. At that point, I decided to create the brand.  Purchased the logo, trademarked it.  Created social media pages for IG, Facebook, and Twitter.

From there I began purchasing merchandise. It started with t-shirts, then sweatshirts, and then hats. Next up are hoodies and beanies for the winter. Along with more merchandise down the line. Eventually there will be a Good Beard Day lounge.  Were men can come into the establishment specifically to get their beards catered to.  And beard products will be released in the future as well.  A Good Beard Day gives men a sense of confidence.  Nothing like a smooth face, and a well-kept beard. And more importantly the ladies love it.  Good Beard Day merchandise is for everyone, all nationalities. Because no matter what color you are. You take joy when you are having A Good Beard Day
